Victoria Business Park is a bustling hub of activity for its 50+ businesses that are located throughout its premises. As such, the management wanted to ensure the highest quality and aesthetic view of the grounds while also being environmentally friendly.
Southern California Tree & Landscape was contracted to remove water-heavy landscaping throughout the property and replace it with drought resistant planting and efficient drip irrigation system. Because of our work, we were able to help our client take advantage of a water-conserving rebate that was being offered at the time.
In addition to the design and installation of the new drought resistant landscaping project that was completed in 2016, we have been maintaining the grounds since 2007.
