The landlord for this long-time maintenance property wanted to boost the curb appeal. We came up a simple design that would be low maintenance and drought friendly for the warehouse side, while also putting in new sod in front of the office where customers would enter the building.
We removed unwanted trees, ground the roots, and graded the dirt areas. Finally, we converted the old landscape and overgrown trees into a drought friendly planting scheme with drip lines and decomposed granite.
