We were contracted for a large scale residential demo, grading, install and construction job. We removed approximately 3,200 sq. ft. of dead turf, removed existing broken concrete paths as well as graded large uneven mounds of soil to make them level. We installed St Augustine sod, various low water shrubs, poured 4″ thick concrete pads and hundreds of square feet of custom cut flagstone. We upgraded irrigation systems in planters to drip, as well as augmenting the turf areas to more efficient MP rotator nozzles. Lastly we installed landscape lighting throughout the property so the work truly pops at night.
