Golden Cove is a hidden gem of a shopping center in Ranchos Palos Verdes. This city on the Palos Verdes Peninsula is a very locally-oriented community, and for this project, we worked with the owner to improve the aesthetics of the property, while also working within some specific parameters and requirements of the city.

In addition to simply installing new colorful and appealing plants, we ran new irrigation and electrical wiring, created various walls and planters, and waterproofed a number of planters to avoid leaking.

The owner recognized the power of an appealing aesthetic for the property, and knew that it would help drive customer traffic and decrease tenant vacancies. They were also confident that Southern California Tree & Landscape could complete the job effectively, efficiently, and in the most unobtrusive way possible, which we succeeded in doing.
